The Alpha Era AA/Jr Prep Program is built for motivated U18 girls who want to take the next step in their hockey careers. This program is designed specifically for athletes currently playing AA, progressing into AA, or pushing toward Junior hockey.
This is not a general skills clinic. It is a true high-performance environment with:
Only 10 athletes per group
Elite coaching from experienced female staff
High pace, high difficulty drills
Advanced decision-making reps
Junior-standard compete level and expectations
This program is intentionally selective, intensive, and structured to mirror the coaching, pace, and accountability required at the Junior and college level.

Small Group = Precision Coaching
With only 10 athletes, every player receives:
High rep volume
1:1 feedback
Personalized corrections
Individual development priorities
Competitive, speed-based reps without skill drop-off
