Puck skills are what turn a good skater into a hockey player. When a player can handle the puck without looking down at it, she can see the ice, make the pass, and take the shot with confidence. This program builds those habits early in a girls-first environment where trying something new feels safe.
Over the season, athletes work on carrying and protecting the puck, close-range handling, passing and receiving, and shooting mechanics. Coaches use progressive drills, movement-based activities, and small game-like situations so players get real reps and stay engaged from the first whistle to the last.
